Blog post #4

During this project, I learnt all about energy, newtons laws, and g-forces. I have improved my vocabulary and I learnt how builders build roller coasters. I really liked how we had so much freedom in our choices. I like getting to use our own materials and creating a theme. I would have liked to improve our project if we maybe could have gotten more time to practice our script. But overall, I really enjoyed working on our roller coaster :)

Physics project reflection #2

Tape hasn't been much of an issue for us. We don't have any duck tape yet but Hannah is bring that in soon. My worry is that the tape won't stick until when our roller coaster has to be shown to the kids and teachers. Too much energy has affected our roller coaster. Because when it hits the bottom, sometimes it spins off sometimes. Our progress has been quite a but. A frustration we have had is we thought we were pretty much done but we only had 2 changes in direction.

Physics project 2014- blog post #3

Our roller coaster isn't making as much progress as I would have liked it to be at. We have had some issues with finding where it can change directions and speed but we are working that out right now. Inertia has effect our building process because if we don't get the right amount of turn, then it will fly off straight. It has been frustrating when not everyone in the group is helping out. Our loop has worked every time so we are very proud of that.
